ALH RESPONSE TO ABC MEDIA REPORT
The allegations made today are not new and were responded to by a media release on August 6 2018
An independent of management review into ALH responsible gambling practices was conducted in 2018. As a result of the investigation ALH took a number of steps to enhance its responsible gaming practices including immediately introducing a uniform policy across the organisation precluding the service of complimentary alcohol in gaming rooms.
Relevant state regulators were briefed on the findings of the investigation, and ALH is continuing to engage with regulators regarding these matters.
